Go to the "Deposit Funds" page from the sidebar, choose an amount and a cryptocurrency, then follow the instructions to complete the payment. Your balance is credited once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (usually within a few minutes).
Each service shows a rate per 1,000 units. A service fee is built into the price of every order, so the amount shown is the final price you pay.
Delivery times vary by service. Most orders start within minutes and complete within a few hours. You can track the status of every order on your Orders page.
Orders that support cancellation can be cancelled while in progress. Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically only if a service fails to deliver.
Some services include refill protection, which automatically adds back followers/likes that drop within a certain period. Check the service description for refill availability.
