By creating an account or using the BoostSocial SMM panel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
All orders placed through the Service are non-refundable once started, unless the service provider fails to deliver. Orders are subject to the minimum/maximum quantities and rates displayed for each service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates our policies.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed on the blockchain. A 25% service fee is built into the price of each order. Refunds of unused balance may be issued at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoostSocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
